Pre-launch notice. Served Social is currently in free early-access trial — paid subscriptions are not yet live. These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Fair Usage Policy come into full effect once paid subscriptions are active, at which point our support address [email protected] will also go live. Until then, the quickest way to reach us is the feedback box in your dashboard.

These terms are the agreement between you (the client) and GG Flows for use of our services. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Fair Usage Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Who you're contracting with. "GG Flows", "we", "us" and "our" mean G Green Holdings Ltd (company number 16314439), registered in England & Wales. "You" and "your" mean the business that opens an account or buys our services.

1. The services

We provide two product lines:

Flow & overlay build service — building branded Klaviyo email/SMS marketing flows and StreamLabs/OBS live-draw overlay scenes, typically delivered as setup guides and handed-over configurations rather than an ongoing hosted service.
Served Social — a software product that generates on-brand social posts, reels, marketing emails and SMS content from your brand profile and delivers them to you as a download pack. If you connect your own GoHighLevel account, it can also create a batch you have reviewed and confirmed in that account's Social Planner, as scheduled posts or as drafts.

We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time. We'll give reasonable notice of any material change that adversely affects a paid service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be a business (or acting on behalf of one) and at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for everything done under your account.
You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free trial and payment

Served Social is offered with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes are shown at the point of sign-up or in your order. Payment is taken via our payment processor (Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.
Refunds: except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. (GG Flows to confirm final pricing and refund terms before launch.)

4. Your responsibilities and content

You must own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use, every brand asset you upload (logos, images, mascots, copy) and every competition or account you connect.
You must maintain valid access to any third-party accounts you connect (Klaviyo, GoHighLevel) and comply with those platforms' own terms — including the terms of any social network you have linked inside your own GoHighLevel Social Planner.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, schedule and publish, and for ensuring your competitions and promotions comply with all applicable law — including UK gambling, prize-promotion, advertising and consumer-protection rules. GG Flows is a tool provider, not a legal or compliance adviser.
Your use of the services must comply with our Fair Usage Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You retain ownership of your brand assets and of the content generated for you through the service, subject to you having paid any fees due.
Our tooling stays ours. We retain all rights in the underlying software, models, prompts, templates, workflows, designs and know-how that power GG Flows and Served Social.
You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process your assets and to operate the service (including sharing with the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy) for as long as you use it.
AI-generated output can be similar across users and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights; you are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it.

6. No reverse engineering; no competing product

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts or workflows behind our services, nor use the services (or their output) to build or train a competing product or service. You must not resell or sublicense the services without our written permission.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Anthropic, Google) that we do not control. We do not guarantee their availability, approval decisions or continued API access. We are not liable for platform-side outages, rejections, account suspensions, policy changes or API changes, and any such event does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, our other clients, or to comply with the law (see also the Fair Usage Policy).

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate for a given purpose, or compliant with any particular platform's rules — you must review it before use.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, or for losses caused by third-party platforms.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the services in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us for the services in that period (or, for the free trial, £100).

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Fair Usage Policy, fail to pay, or use the services unlawfully.
On termination: your right to use the services ends immediately. We delete your account and brand data within 30 days of closure (generated media is purged after 7 days as standard), except records we must retain by law. Please export anything you want to keep before you cancel.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your competitions/promotions, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show the current version; we'll notify clients of material changes and your continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
