Fair Usage Policy
This Fair Usage Policy keeps GG Flows fast, reliable and safe for everyone. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and forms part of your agreement with us. By using the services you agree to use them reasonably and within these limits.
1. Reasonable use
Our plans are designed for the normal needs of a single competition business. "Reasonable use" means usage in line with the volumes below and consistent with how a typical client uses the product. We may set, publish and adjust specific limits per plan tier; where a plan states its own limits, those apply.

2. Acceptable content
You must not generate, schedule, store or publish through GG Flows any content that is:
- illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
- hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or that incites violence;
- sexually explicit, or harmful to minors;
- defamatory, deceptive or fraudulent;
- infringing of anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or
- malware, spam, or otherwise abusive.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your audience.
3. Competition and promotion compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your competitions, prize draws and promotions comply with all applicable law and platform rules — including UK gambling and prize-promotion law, advertising standards, and the terms of Meta and any other platform you use. GG Flows provides tools to create and publish content; we are not a compliance adviser and do not check your promotions for legal compliance.
4. Platform and third-party rules
When you connect GoHighLevel or Klaviyo, you must comply with their terms and policies — and with the terms of every social network you have linked inside your own GoHighLevel Social Planner, since that is where a scheduled post ends up. Do not use GG Flows in any way that would breach a connected platform's rules, and do not use it to send unlawful or unconsented marketing.
5. Prohibited technical behaviour
- No attempts to overload, disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
- No scraping, crawling or automating GG Flows itself beyond the features we provide.
- No aggressive or abusive scraping of third-party sites through the service.
- No sharing, reselling or sublicensing your account, and no using the service to build a competing product (see the Terms).
6. What happens if usage is excessive or abusive
Where usage is excessive, automated beyond normal use, or breaches this policy, we may — with notice where practical, or immediately where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law:
- throttle or temporarily limit generation or scraping volume;
- ask you to move to a more suitable plan;
- suspend specific features; or
- suspend or terminate the account for serious or repeated breaches.
7. No guarantee of third-party uptime
Our services rely on GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Anthropic and Google. We do not guarantee their uptime, approval or continued access, and we are not liable for platform-side rejections, bans, outages or API changes.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to keep the service fair and secure. The version and date at the top show the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
